Infinity Key Solutions LLC provides an algorithmic discovery framework designed for cybersecurity compliance assessment. By accessing this portal and initiating procurement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The services, reports, and frameworks provided by Infinity Key Solutions LLC are intended for informational purposes and decision support only. They do not constitute formal legal advice, cybersecurity auditing, or guaranteed regulatory certification. Infinity Key Solutions LLC, its agents, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or regulatory penalties, arising from the use of, or inability to use, our frameworks.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all Infinity Key Solutions LLC outputs against current federal procurement mandates (e.g., NIST FIPS, CNSA 2.0). The User assumes all risk associated with the implementation of any recommendations derived from IKS documentation.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, algorithms, and documentation provided via the Infinity Key Solutions LLC portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinity Key Solutions LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of these frameworks is strictly prohibited.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Infinity Key Solutions LLC.
