1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Infinity Key Solutions LLC provides automated cryptographic diagnostic utilities, matrix schemas, and institutional discovery frameworks (collectively, the "Services") engineered for cybersecurity compliance preparation. By accessing the procurement portal, downloading associated digital assets, or utilizing our technical frameworks, you agree to be bound entirely by these Terms of Service.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services, technical briefs, ledgers, and automated tools provided by Infinity Key Solutions LLC are intended strictly for administrative decision-support and internal preparation. They do not constitute formal legal counsel, third-party cybersecurity auditing, or an explicit guarantee of a passing CMMC assessment or specific Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) score. Infinity Key Solutions LLC, its members, agents, and affiliates assume no administrative, civil, or legal liability for software configuration errors, data breaches, network security incidents, or federal procurement penalties resulting from the use or misuse of our tools.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User assumes sole and exclusive operational responsibility for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and deployment of all cryptographic inventory outputs against active federal acquisition mandates, including but not limited to Executive Order 14412 and NIST SP 800-171 Control 3.13.11. The User assumes all risk associated with the integration of these schemas within their respective system boundaries.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITED USE

All materials, automated matrix architectures, relational database schemas, dropdown configurations, formulas, and documentation provided via the Infinity Key Solutions LLC portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinity Key Solutions LLC.

  • Single-Entity License: Purchase of the framework grants a non-transferable, single-company license for internal administrative use only.

  • Distribution Ban: Distribution, sub-licensing, sharing, or publishing the raw spreadsheet files or database frameworks outside the purchasing corporate entity is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of these proprietary tools will result in immediate termination of the license and legal escalation under applicable intellectual property statutes.

5. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in the designated jurisdiction of Infinity Key Solutions LLC.
